The official party included The Right Honourable the Earl of Derby, M.C., Lord Lieutenant of the County Palatine of Lancaster, Lady Rachel Davidson, Lady in Waiting to the Duchess of Kent, and Mr. A. Philip Hay, Private Secretary."
