From the back of the photograph: "An interesting wedding took place last Thursday at Reedyford Wesleyan Church, the bridegroom being Mr Jim Sidwell, the well known baritone of 67 Regent Street, Nelson. The bride was Miss Ada Wilkinson 95 Garnett Street, Barrowford. Bridesmaid was Mrs Susan Wilkinson (Bride's sister), Best man Mr Jack Sidwell (groom's brother), bride was given away by Mr Harry Wilkinson (brother). Parson Mr JG Lane, Organist Mr Albert Armistead. The honeymoon is being spent in Scarborough.
