Prior to World War 1

Burnley trams did not have open drivers platforms. Only Colne trams had advertisements. The tram appears to be a 4 wheel tram built by Dick Kerr Milnes at Brush Co's. Nelson did not have open top trams with canopies over the driver. R Meadowcroft 11.02.84.
