General notes
The mill opened in 1891 and a second weaving shed was added soon afterwards. A third weaving shed, known as Riverside Mill was opened in 1899. This continued in operation until 1963. The building was acquired by the Coloroll company which made wallpaper, commercial packaging and carrier bags. In 1999 the company was taken over by Vymura, who closed the works and it became a call centre. A fire damaged the original Bradley Shed in 2003 and in 2005 the whole site was demolished and the site cleared.
