Alice Pleasance Liddell married Reginald Gervis Hargreaves in Westminster Abbey in September 1880. He was born on Oak Hill House and later sold it to Accrington Corporation and was present at the opening in 1893.See Accrington Observer 2 June 1979 page 18 column 3.
