This is a departure for Buck. It is an image of a political cartoon, presumably seen locally, and entitled 'A Bear-Bate for expediteing [sic] the Society for the Promotion of Christian Knowledge. The date is uncertain but the style would accord with it being from the late 18th or early 19th century.
