Rev George Morlandwas Assistant at Master Lancaster Royal Grammar School from1814-1824. He was Vicar of St. John's Church, Lancaster 1824-1862 and in the church is a tablet to his memory. He was also President of the Lancaster Infirmary 1836, 1848-49. the photograph was presented by J. Welch Esq., MA LLB
