General notes
The Pedestrian Inn was located on Parker Lane (the bnuilding on the far right of the photo). The inn, along with all the other buildings in the photograph were demolished in c1928, to make way for the new public library building.
The inn dates back to 1870 and for a brief period around 1923, the landlord was Tommy Boyle, Burnley's captain when they won the F.A. Cup in 1914.
