The tower that forms part of Victoria Mill on Trafalgar Street in the "Weavers' Triangle" area of Burnley. The mill was built in 1854 for Edward Stocks Massey and contained between 18,000 and 20,000 spindles. In recent years it was renovated for use as a University Technical College, and is now part of the UCLAN Campus in Burnley.
