On the reverse of the image are the words:
"Before- Rest and be thankful Stop and Step in"
As this image is in Fleetwood library we have assumed it was taken around Fleetwood, but can't be sure about this, as "Rest and be Thankful" is a road (A83) in Scotland or a Restaurant in Llandudno.
