Tully Bank existed where the sea wall is now between, aproximately, Rossall Point and Hesketh Place. There were no groynes along this stretch.
South of Tully Bank is all reclaimed land that has become the Boating Lakes, Miniature Golf Courses and the Marine Gardens & Hall.
The image shows a breach in Tully Bank to the West.
