The postcard appears to be an ink sketch of a 1935 Lytham St.Anne's Electric Tramcar No.3, created by M.Dickinson in 1978. The card is part of a series entitled Local Heritage Collectors' Card and is Number 10 of that series.

By 1895 trams were travelling to St.Annes from Blackpool along Clifton Drive and extended through to Lytham the following year. Originally gas trams, they were converted to electric in 1904.
