The postcard is addressed to Miss M. Heap, Stoneyholme, Burnley. The message reads: "My Dear Mary, We are still having a good time. The weather has been lovely today, been fine but very breezy this week since Sunday, with a shower yesterday afternoon. The tide has been very high, it washed over into the road on Monday night we were watching it until 11 o'clock. It was glorious. Mother came last Sat and brought us all kinds of good things. We are staying until Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I hope you will enjoy your holiday, and feel better for it. It has been very cold here at nights. Thanks for letter.
